Two sentencings, one revocation in Warren County Circuit Court|From court reports

In Warren County Circuit Court during the week that ended Friday:

Ursula R. Harper, 42, 4449 East Clay St., was sentenced by Judge Frank Vollor to five years in prison with five suspended pending successful completion of the Restitution Center for Women program. Vollor also fined Harper $4,072.50. Her sentenced stemmed from an uttering forgery charge, date unknown.

Tabitha Denise Dixon, 29, 100 Village Drive, had her probation extended by Judge Isadore Patrick, pending payment of $1,938. She was convicted in August 2005 of possession of marijuana.

Joe Howard, 39, 1923 Baldwin Ferry Road, was sentenced by Patrick to 14 years with six to serve and ordered him to pay $4,338.25 in restitution. Howard’s sentencing stemmed from two Aug. 11, 2006, business burglaries.

Jessie James Montgomery, age and address unknown, had his suspended sentenced revoked by Vollor after the court found him in violation of probation. Montgomery was ordered to the Hinds County Restitution Center, pending payment of all original fines that stemmed from his March 17 conviction of assault on a police officer.
