Louise McClain McLemore died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at Natchez Community Hospital. She was 96.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pascal McLemore.

Survivors include three daughters, Elise McLemore Parker of Vicksburg, Pearl Ann McLe-                  more Barksdale of Hattiesburg and Janice McLemore Alexander of Natchez; one son, Burlyn McLe-more of Natchez; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be from 9 until 11 a.m. at Laird Funeral Home of Natchez with Curt Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery.
