Mary Moore Robertson

McBRIDE, Miss. — Mary Moore Robertson died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at the Country Brook Living Center in Brookhaven. She was 53.
Mrs. Robertson graduated from Liddell High School and continued her education in nursing at Delta Career College in Natchez, and received her LPN license. She was once employed at the Adams County Nursing Home located in Natchez.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Joe Carroll; a grandmother, Arcola Trunell; a sister, Mary Jean Moore.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Robertson of McBride; her mother, Ethel Lee Moore of McBride; three sons, Freddie Moore of Roxie, Miss., Dennis Moore of Vicksburg and Eric Moore of Port Gibson; a step-daughter, Veronica Johnson of Monticello, Miss.; two brothers, O’Neal Moore of Fayette and Larry Moore of Port Gibson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Christian Church in Lorman with the Rev. Rosevelt Harried, officiating. Burial will follow at Holmes Cemetery in McBride. Visitation will be from 5 until 6 p.m. Friday at Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Carroll, Jerry Carroll, Sherry Carroll, Darryl Green, Johnnie Johnson, Johnny Jackson, Timothy Jackson and O’Dell Miller.
Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Miller, Larry Moore, O’Neal Moore, Larry Moore Jr., Floydell Jackson, Alonzo Ward, Jarius Dorsey and Chester Savage.
