Carla Renee Lawrence of Vicksburg, bride-elect of Joshua Owen Nordquist of Redwood, announces their wedding plans for 3 p.m. Sept. 27, 2008, at Northside Baptist Church. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Lawrence is the daughter of Mervin and Donna Lawrence of Vicksburg. Mr. Nordquist is the son of Bradley and Judy Nordquist of Yazoo City.

The bride will be given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor will be Ashley Peay of Vicksburg. Matron of honor will be Dana Thigpen of Vicksburg. Bridesmaid will be Holly Holman of Vicksburg.

Bradley Nordquist of Yazoo City will serve as best man. Groomsmen will be Andrew Nordquist of Terry and Wade Yeates of Yazoo City.

Ushers will be Trey Lawrence and Charlie Lee, both of Vicksburg, and P.J. Holman of Morton.
