Driver injured in wreck of 3-wheeler on road|CRIME & ACCIDENT

A Warren County man was injured at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday when the 3-wheel all-terrain vehicle he was driving flipped.

Darrell E. Landrum, 47, who gave his address as 31 Landrum Drive, was on Campbell’s Swamp Road when the wreck occurred. Witnesses in a car behind him told Deputy Richard Martin that they saw Landrum’s 1994 Yamaha hit a rut and flip him off. Landrum was not wearing a helmet, Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Landrum was taken to River Region Medical Center.

Cigarettes, snacks missing from store

A deputy on a routine patrol early Saturday morning saw a broken glass and discovered Super Jr. on Fisher Ferry Road had been burglarized, Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Deputy Richard Martin discovered the break-in at just before 1 Saturday morning, Pace said.

The owner said chips, other snacks and cigarettes were missing.
