Tanisha N. Johnson, bride-elect of Larry T. Davis, both of Vicksburg, announces their wedding plans for 4 p.m. Oct. 11, 2008, at Triumph Church. A reception will follow at Vicksburg City Auditorium. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Johnson is the daughter of Helen and Cornelius Johnson Sr. of Vicksburg.

Mr. Davis is the son of Wilma and Larry Anderson and William B. Davis of Vicksburg.

Pastor Antione Eakins will officiate at the ceremony. The bride will be given in marriage by her father.

Maids of honor will be Ida Johnson and Tiffany Carter, both of Vicksburg. Matron of honor will be Regina Johnson of Suisun, Calif. Bridesmaids will be Patricia Clyde, Kitonya Gates, Rokiya Dotson, Tanea Fisher, Erica Wilson and Sadie Randle, all of Vicksburg; Dominique Johnson of Suisun; and Sharron Owens of League City, Texas.

Junior bridesmaids will be Victoria Williams, Alexis Williams and Amauria Lush.

Malcolm Williams of Tulsa, Okla., and Clarence Thomas and Dontay Freeman of Vicksburg will serve as best men. Groomsmen will be Bobby Davis, Marvin Freeman, Cornelius Johnson Jr., Antonio Lee, Walker Reynolds Jr., Dennis Clark, Dewitt Thomas Jr. and Antonio Henderson, all of Vicksburg.

Ushers will be Cornelius Johnson III, Christopher Williams and Michael Hatchet.

Flower girls will be Ayana Smith, Taylor Smith, Rickera Atkins and Genesis Thomas. Ring bearer will be Tyson Williams.
