Judges sentence four in Circuit Court this week|COURT REPORT

In Warren County Circuit Court during the week that ended Friday:

• A Vicksburg woman who was found guilty of possession of cocaine Sept. 18 was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to three years in prison. Angela Andrews, 37, 1102 Avenue D, was also ordered to attend an alcohol and drug treatment program. Andrews’ sentencing had been postponed in lieu of a pre-sentencing report that was ordered by the court.

• Kevin Wilson, 26, 2609 Royal St., had his suspended sentenced revoked by Patrick after the court found him in violation of parole. Wilson was ordered to complete a 90-day inpatient alcohol and drug treatment program followed by 180 days of outpatient treatment. Wilson was also fined $2,577 and ordered to pay treatment costs. His original sentencing stemmed from a November 2004 conviction of sale of hydrocodone.

• Cordell C. Harris, 29, 208 Linda Drive, was sentenced by Judge Frank Vollor to three years in prison with three years suspended upon completion of the 9th Circuit Court District Drug Court Program. He was also fined $1885.50. Harris’ sentencing stemmed from a June arrest for third-offense DUI.

• Keil Alexander, 27, 2606 Ken Karyl Ave., was sentenced by Vollor to three years in prison, but his sentence was suspended after he was found eligible for the 9th Circuit Court District Drug Court Program. He was also fined $1885.50. Alexander’s sentencing stemmed from a June arrest for third-offense DUI.

• Charles Ellis Height, 29, 1983 Lot 2 Mississippi 3, was sentenced by Vollor to five years in prison with five suspended upon completion of the 9th Circuit Court District Drug Court Program. He was also fined $1122.50. Height’s sentencing stemmed an April arrest for possession of precursor chemicals.
