The arrest was the second meth-related incident in a week on the same road in rural southeast Warren County.

In the first, a week ago, three men were injured and transferred to a Georgia burn hospital after an explosion in a trailer on the same road.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said his office continues to wait for results of tests on evidence submitted to the Mississippi State Crime Lab collected from the explosion, which authorities believe was a meth manufacturing lab.

The three being treated in Georgia are George Alexander, 48, 354 Poole Road; Kenneth A. Downs, 44, 1315 Boy Scout Road; and Clifford Aubrey Geter, 37, 301 N. Fairview Drive. They remained in serious condition Friday, and condition reports were not available this morning.

Pace said the two incidents are not believed to be related.
