Two sentenced in circuit court

In Warren County Circuit Court during the week that ended Friday:

• William Harris Sr., who was convicted Sept. 23 of sale of cocaine in Sharkey County, was sentenced to 20 years with 15 to serve.

Harris was arrested after an informant for the county was able to buy cocaine from him at his business, L&B Groceries, 220 North St., Anguilla.

• Michael Earl Holt, 18, 204 Melrose Ave., was sentenced by Judge Frank Vollor to six years in prison with zero to serve and six years of probation. Holt’s sentenced stemmed from an April arrest for burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny.
