Five sentenced in Warren County Circuit Court|Court report

In Warren County Circuit Court during the week that ended Friday:
* Michael Conn, 51, 510 Bazinsky Road, was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to four years in prison but was found eligible for drug court. He was placed under the supervision of the 9th Circuit Court District Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years. Conn, whose sentencing stemmed from a vehicle burglary charge, was also fined $2,072.50.
* Johnnie Jackson, 45, 4116 Cary Blanton Road, Rolling Fork, was sentenced by Judge Frank Vollor to 10 years in prison with two to serve and three years of post-release supervision. Jackson, whose sentencing stemmed from a June residential burglary in the 30 block of Moore Road, was also fined $822.50.
* Demetric D. Jackson, 29, no address available, Anguilla, was sentenced by Vollor to six years in prison on a July burglary of a dwelling charge, but was found eligible for drug court. He was placed under the supervision of the 9th Circuit Court District Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years and was fined $1,322.50.
* Rondal Booth Morrison, 33, 2405 Athens Highway, Elberton, Ga., was sentenced by Vollor to four years in prison with two to serve and two years of post-release supervision for possession of methamphetamine. He was also fined $1,997.50.
* Ronald Bailey, 39, 4407 Interstate 20 Frontage Road, direction unknown, was sentenced by Patrick to eight years in prison stemming from a December arrest for sale of cocaine. Bailey was also ordered to pay $322.50.
