Ivan Wallace Branham died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008, at River Region Medical Center. He was 88. 

Mr. Branham was born in Pratt City, Ala., and had lived in Vicksburg since 1960. He was a security guard with Mississippi Power & Light Company until his retirement in 1983. He was a member of the Methodist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan Winston Branham and Ora Bell Montgomery Branham; and three sisters.

Survivors include nieces and nephews and a special friend, Margaret Tremaine.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Chris Young officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of the service at Riles Funeral Home.
