Visitation for Anita Verzosa Goodwin will be from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. today at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with family present from noon until 3.

Mrs. Goodwin died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008, at River Region Medical Center. She was 57.

Born in the Philippines, Mrs. Goodwin was a cashier at Horizon Casino. She was of the Catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Antonia Vicera Verzosa.

She is survived by four sons, Michael Goodwin and Edward Fowler, both of Vicksburg, Jerry Verzosa of Baton Rouge and Christopher Goodwin of Amarillo, Texas; one daughter, Jocelyn Grandberry of Dallas; two brothers, Roberto Verzosa and Lito Julico, both of the Philippines; three sisters, Philomina Dimallites and Thelma Verzosa, both of the Philippines, and Flora Rumbley of Vicksburg; and four grandchildren.
