HUNTSVILLE, Texas — Marguriete Rhodes Ouzts, of Huntsville, Texas, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, at Huntsville Health Care in Huntsville, Texas. She was 93.

Mrs. Ouzts was born in Arcadia, La. She worked as a cafeteria manager

She was preceded in death by her parents, Augustus and Nancy L. Rhodes.

She is survived by a son, Mike Ouzts of Transylvania, La.; and a daughter Margaret Haley of Montgomery, Texas.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Transylvania Baptist Church, U.S. 65, in Transylvania, La., with visitation beginning at noon. The Rev. Jeff Eagles will officiate. Burial will follow at Providence Memorial Cemetery in Lake Providence, La.
