Twelve-year-olds Will Ghrigsby, left, and William Hahn, both members of Boy Scout Troop 638, set out luminaries along Cherry Street Sunday. The Boy Scout Troop originated the display, which includes about 10,000 luminaries on streets between Mission 66 and Drummond Street.
