DETROIT, Mich. — Arthur Riley “Bill” Clark died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008, at Oakwood Hospital in Detroit, Mich. He was 49.

Mr. Clark was born in Vicksburg to Robert and Freddene Clark. He attended the Vicksburg schools and moved with his family to Detroit in 1973.

He is survived by two sons, Andre Clark of St. Joseph, La., and Christian Clark-Simon of Detroit; two daughters, Crystal Clark-Simon and Courtney Alexis, both of Detroit; his mother, Freddene King; two sisters, Karla Harrison and Bernita King, both of Detroit; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, including the Lawson family of Vicksburg.

Services will be Saturday in Detroit under the direction of Jetter A. Memorial Funeral Home.
