LORMAN — Hattie Williams Lee died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at her home in Lorman. She was 86.

Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Hattie Dunbar Williams; two brothers, Mose Williams and Samuel Williams; and three sisters, Ada Higdon, Pearl B. Schauf and Jannie Williams.

Survivors include her nieces and caregivers, Hattie Higdon and Hollie Higdon, both of Lorman; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church in Rodney with the Rev. John Tyler officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Port Gibson. Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
