Molly, a 25-year-old quarterhorse, wears a blanket for warmth Wednesday as she takes a lick at Billy the goat’s natural coat in the 100 block of Warriors Trail. Owner Aline Griffin said the blanket keeps the frost off Molly, who has the choice of moving into her stall or staying outside. “They do what they want,” Griffin said of the two companions.
