Services for Connie Bowman will be at 11 a.m. Friday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with Dr. Willie Nettle, pastor of Bypass Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Bowman died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. He was 56.

A Vicksburg native, Mr. Bowman was a 1970 graduate of Rosa A. Temple High School. He graduated from Alcorn State University and was a brick mason. He was a member of Standfield M.B. Church.
