Ins Warren County Circuit Court during the period ending Friday:

* Joseph Duffy Acuff, 29, 116 Maria Drive, No. 2, pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon after felony conviction and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to one year in prison plus court costs of $322.50. Acuff was arrested Jan. 2, 2008.

* Reginald Benard Scott, 21, 922 Polk St., was found guilty by Judge Frank Vollor of probation violation and had his suspended sentence revoked. He was sentenced to the Restitution Center for the payment of $2,787.50 in fines and fees, followed by five years of probation. Scott was originally sentenced Nov. 26, 2007, for burglary of a business.

* Lance Thomas Burton, 21, 3700 Gowall Road, pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, and must pay $1,622.50 in fines and fees. Burton was arrested in March.

* Kenneth Leroy McAfoos, 54, 703 Wayland Drive, Boonville, Mo., pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by five years of probation, and fees and costs totalling $2,322.50. McAfoos was arrested May 11.

* Rickey Gene Stewart, 52, 40 U.S. 80, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison and $332.50 in costs. Stewart was arrested May 29. Stewart also pleaded guilty to a separate charge of possession of cocaine and was sentenced to an additional four years in prison plus $322.50 in costs, from a May 30 arrest.

* Matthew A. Dill, 26, 114 Hawkins St., pleaded guilty to shoplifting, third offense, and was enrolled in Drug Court by Patrick for a period not to exceed five years. He also must pay fines of $1,822.50. Dill was arrested March 4, 2005.

In Sharkey County Circuit Court for the period ending Friday,

* Mingo Vancen Eichelburger, 29, 134 Ray Charles Road, Panther Burn, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was sentenced by Patrick to one year in prison followed by two years of probation, and fined $1,322.50. Eichelburger was arrested May 26, 2007.
