The engagement of Felica Denise Williams to Tekoa K. Banks, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. The wedding will be at 4 p.m. March 28, 2009, at Vicksburg Convention Center. A reception will follow. Close friends and relatives are invited to attend.

Miss Williams is the daughter of Sarah Williams and the late Arthur James Williams of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Clora Winston of Vicksburg.

Mr. Banks is the son of the late George and Pastor Dianne Banks of Port Gibson.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Vicksburg High School. She received a practical nursing degree from Hinds Community College and is a licensed practical nurse.

The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Warren Central High School. He is a professional truck driver.
