David Francis and Connie Francis-Ferguson of Rolling Fork announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Maxine, to Wesley Eugene Barnes. Mr. Barnes is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Barnes of Vicksburg.

Miss Francis is the granddaughter of Lillian Francis and the late John E. Francis of Sebring, Fla., and the late Aubrey L. and Earlene Jones of Rolling Fork

Mr. Barnes is the grandson of J.W. and Renza Shoops and the late Ike K. and Mamie V. Barnes, all of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Sharkey-Issaquena Academy. She is employed by Central Mississippi Medical Center as office manager/clinical coordinator at Special Beginnings for Women in Vicksburg.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Warren Central High School. He is a supervisor with Arrowhead Enterprise LLC. 

Scott Sasser will officiate at the ceremony.

Vows will be exchanged at 2 p.m. Feb. 21, 2009, at Bovina Baptist Church. A reception will follow.
