Fourteen people from Arizona and California get off a tour bus Wednesday on Washington Street at Grove with raincoats, umbrellas and cameras for a look at downtown Vicksburg. The group was to tour the Vicksburg National Military Park today, said tour director Gerane Jacobsen of Gadabout Tours in Palm Springs, Calif. After flying to New Orleans, the visitors traveled to Mobile and will take in the Natchez Pilgrimage and St. Francisville before flying home from Baton Rouge.
