Mike Sohns and his 10-year-old son, Morgan, both of Tallahassee, Fla., sit beneath an umbrella to enjoy lunch outside Hot Dog Man Friday afternoon on the last day of Morgan’s spring break vacation. The Sohnses’ trip took them to Shiloh, Tenn., where they began a trek along the Natchez Trace to Vicksburg.
