SARASOTA, Fla. — Cedric L. Jackson died Wednesday, April 1, 2009. He was 30.

Mr. Jackson was former resident of Leland.

Survivors include his father, Ned Stewart of Arcola; two brothers, Leonard Jackson of Gainsville, Fla., and Melvin Jackson of Leland; four sisters, Patricia Jackson of  Kalamazoo, Mich., Donna Jackson of Memphis, Tracy Jackson of Leland and Sharron Jackson of Sarasota.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Ollie M.B. Church in Egremont. Burial will follow at Cary Community Cemetery in Cary.
