Warren County Deputy Billy Brown carries a Mississippi Special Olympics torch as he and Undersheriff Jeff Riggs  run east on Clay Street this morning. The two were headed  from the Warren County Courthouse to Mississippi 27 to hand off the emblem that is on its way to Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, where the Special Olympics will be played this weekend. Vicki Lee of the City of Biloxi Police Department, who brought the torch to Vicksburg, said all money raised by the torch run goes directly to the athletes. (Suzanne Feliciano*The Vicksburg Post)
