Sandra Ann Johnson and Edward Amos Sr., both of Port Gibson, will be married at 4 p.m. June 6, 2009, at Christian Chapel Church, 502 Church St. in Port Gibson. A reception will follow at Moments to Remember, 802 Market St. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Ms. Johnson is the daughter of Inetta and John Lee Edwards. She is the granddaughter of Nettie Edwards.

Mr. Amos is the son of Tanner and Clara Amos. He is the grandson of Ruth Ann Bryant Morris.

The bride-elect attended Port Gibson High School, Alcorn State University and Utica Junior College. She is a TAC officer at Alcorn State University.

The prospective groom attended Vaiden High School in Carroll County. He is a program aid at Alcorn State University.
