Jewelry, electronics among missing items

An auto burglary and an attempted residential burglary were reported in Vicksburg Wednesday.

At 6:41 a.m., a break-in was reported in the 1400 block of Wisteria Drive, but the

homeowner said nothing was missing.

At 7:42 p.m., a Panasonic CD player and wood-grain steering wheel were reported missing from a 1986 Buick Regal parked in the 3000 block of Valley Street.

Separately, a residential burglary was reported in the county Tuesday.

A Canon digital camera valued at $250, a diamond ring valued at $200 and a coin ring valued at $150 were reported missing at 9:26 a.m. from the 1000 block of Newit Vick Drive. The rings were found at a pawn shop.
