Wille Mae Long died Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at Vicksburg Convalescent Home. She was 77.

A homemaker, Ms. Long was a member of New Mount Pilgrim M.B. Church.

Ms. Long was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Taylor and Sadie Mae Hill.

She is survived by two sons, Andrew Stowers of Milwaukee, Wis., and Edward Stowers of Leaksville, Mich.; and eight grandchildren including her caregiver, Tamishia Stowers.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at New Mount Pilgrim M.B. Church with the Rev. Henry Williams officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Jefferson Funeral Home in charge.
