Ruth W. Colston died Sunday, May 31, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. She was 73.

A native of Vidalia, La., Mrs. Colston was a retired bank teller.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leon Colston; and her parents, Marvin Lee and Lula Wells.

Survivors include one son, Robert Mark Colston Sr. of San Antonio; two daughters, Cynthia Leigh Colston and Patricia Colston, all of Schertz, Texas; one sister, Dot Sullivan of Vidalia; and four grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Saturday at Glenwood Funeral Home with Mack Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service.
