SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Burial of ashes for Eleanor Woodward Balthis Mincher, formerly of Vicksburg, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Green Acres Memorial Park under the direction of Hughes Cremation & Funeral Service in Daphne, Ala.

Mrs. Mincher died Sunday, May 10, 2009. She was 93.

She was a resident of Westminster Village in Spanish Fort, Ala., and worked at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Waterways Experiment Station for 14 years.
