J.R. “Buddy” and Margaret Ann Rowland were married June 22, 1949. They will celebrate their 60th anniversary today with a family reception at their home in Bovina. They are the parents of Sandi and Larry Oakes, Becky and Ken Chennault, Raye and Robert Reeder, Bubba and Donna Rowland, Michel Townsend and Zach Rowland. They also have 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
