An emergency response drill by Vicksburg police and fire departments will bring intermittent closures of Dorsey Street between 9 a.m. and noon Wednesday.

A storage tank at the Hunt Southland Refining facility will be set afire as part of the drill, Vicksburg police Capt. Mark Culbertson said. Traffic on Dorsey between the plant and the intersection of Levee and Depot streets will be monitored by police, Culbertson said.
