In Warren County Circuit Court the week ending Friday:

• Johnny Anderson, 34, 4728 Nailor Road, pleaded guilty to shooting into an occupied dwelling and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to eight years in prison followed by two years of probation, plus $1,322.50 in fines. Anderson was arrested Dec. 17, 2007.

• Billy Broadwater, 52, 7373 U.S. 80, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, third offense, and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to three years in prison, plus $322.50 in fines. Broadwater was arrested April 12, 2008.

• Patrick Hopkins, 38, 104 Bering St., pleaded guilty to DUI third offense and was sentenced by Chaney to the 9th Circuit Court Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus $2,822.50 in fines. Hopkins was arrested Jan. 15, 2008.

• Shawn Dustin Sanders, 27, 4747 Rawhide Road, was found guilty of violating probation and was sentenced by Patrick to Drug Court for an unspecified period of time, plus $10,192 in fines and restitution. Sanders was arrested June 9, 2005, for burglary of a dwelling and embezzlement.

• Juanita Sims, 43, 3023 N. Washington St., pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced by Patrick to Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, plus $1,622,50 in fines. Sims was arrested Nov. 21.
