Culkin and Bovina volunteer firefighters work to extinguish a fire in a NAPA Auto Parts tractor-trailer on the exit ramp to an eastbound parking area on Interstate 20 Wednesday afternoon. Curtis Doster, 48, 2250 Arden Creek, Bethlehem, Ga., was eastbound on Interstate 20 at about 4:20 p.m. when Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Capt. Jeff Overstreet saw flames coming from the truck and pulled him over. Doster and Overstreet attempted to douse the fire with an extinguisher, but failed.
