Six sentenced in circuit court

In Warren County Circuit Court the week ending Friday:
• Henry Lamar Armstead, 26, 2931 Highland Ave., pleaded guilty to larceny of a motor vehicle and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to two years in prison, plus $322.50 in fines. Armstead was arrested Oct. 3, 2007.
• Kevin Neil Cross, 19, 1190 Burnt House Road, was found guilty of violating probation and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to the Intensive Supervision Program (house arrest) of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for two years, followed by five years of probation. Cross was arrested Oct. 11, 2006.
• Fredrick Henyard, 32, 518 Speed St., pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced by Patrick to five years of probation, plus fines of $1,622.50. Henyard was arrested Aug. 2.
• Daquilla Q. McDaniel, 25, 780 U.S. 61 North, Apt. 80, pleaded guilty to false pretenses, satisfied an order to pay restitution of $2,619.02 and was sentenced by Patrick to three years of probation. McDaniel was arrested Nov. 19.
• Jimmy Lee Pate, 35, 1006 E. Sixth St., Clarksdale, was found guilty of violating probation and was sentenced by Chaney to one year in prison. Pate was arrested Sept. 28, 2007, for retaliation against a witness.
• Willie C. Wash, 48, 2422 Halls Ferry Road, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced by Chaney to five years of probation, plus $322.50 in fines. Wash was arrested May 13, 2008.
