John G. Brown Jr. and Angel J. Rigney will be married in September.

Miss Rigney is the daughter of George and Darlene Meisenholder of Vicksburg. She is a 1992 graduate of Niagara Falls High School in Niagara Falls, N.Y., and is employed with the Mississippi National Guard headquarters in Jackson.

Mr. Brown is the son of Greg Brown of Vicksburg and Karen Tevy of Houston, Texas. He is a 2006 graduate of Warren Central High School and is employed with Deloach Marine of Port Allen, La.
