Patricia Sue Pettway died Friday, July 24, 2009, at her home. She was 69.

Mrs. Pettway was a native of Arkansas City, Kan., and had lived in Vicksburg since 1992. She was a housewife.

Mrs. Pettway was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond E. Malone and Juanita L. Malone.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Pettway of Vicksburg; two sons, Kevin Pettway of Columbia, S.C., and Douglas Pettway of Shepherdstown, W.Va.; one daughter, Jennifer Pettway Walley of Pearland, Texas; one sister, Marilyn Reddick of San Bernardino, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Glenwood Chapel in Vicksburg. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jim Pettway, Mike Garcia, David Pettway, Sonny Hancock, Raymond Pettway and Lester Pettway. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Hancock, Pete Stubbs and Buddy Walley.
