James E. Foster

RAYMOND  — James E. Foster died Friday, July 24, 2009, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. He was 83.

Mr. Foster was a retired civil engineer from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Waterways Experiment Station.

Services will be at 2 today at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Jackson.
