A cheering good time

Piper Booth, left, of St. Aloysius’ Flashettes pep squad and the daughter of John and Terri Booth, teaches a dance Monday at the school’s gym. About 60 girls in kindergarten through 7th grade are attending a three-day-camp, taught by 26 cheerleaders and Flashettes, that began Monday. The girls are, from left, Kendyl Rice, Finley Jones, Anzlee Channell and Elizabeth Theriot. Kendyl is the daughter of Danny and Diedra Rice; Finley is the daughter of Alton and Kappi Jones; Anzlee is the daughter of Clay and Suzie Channell; and Elizabeth is the daughter of Craig and Alicia Theriot.
