KELSO, Wash. — William Percy Price died Monday, July 27, 2009. He was 81.

Mr. Price was born in Utica. He attended public school in Utica and served in the military in Germany after World War II. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University.

Survivors include his wife, Corine Price; two sons, Gregory and Bradley; a daughter, Joslyn; two sisters, Josie Smith of Vicksburg and Mary La Belle Weaver of Utica; and a brother, Don Price of Utica.

A memorial service will be later.
