Q: My family calls me a workaholic. I come home late, and sometimes my kids are already asleep. My mind is continually focusing on my job, like an engine in overdrive. My wife says I am headed for a heart attack. don’t know how to cut the engine off. Any advice? — Berserk from Work
A: Your wife is right. I don’t know whether you are headed for a heart attack, but I can tell you this — you need to seek some counseling . You also need to get a physical from your doctor, as stress can be taking a toll on your body. For example you may have high blood pressure. Get serious about professional help, or you may go the way of so many who are forced to re-assess their professional and personal priorities due to some health tragedy.
