2009 truck, purse reported stolen in city

A truck and several other items were reported stolen in the city Monday, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
A 2009 GMC Sierra pickup valued at $33,630 was reported stolen from the George Carr dealership at 2950 S. Frontage Road at 1:32 p.m.
Stewart said the truck was taken between Saturday and Monday.
A purse and contents, no value given, along with $200 cash were reported stolen from a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire parked at a business in the 4100 block of Washington Street at 6:43 p.m.
A High Standard .22-caliber pistol valued at $150 and $181 cash were reported stolen from a home in the 1500 block of South Street at 11:25 a.m.
Coins, TV, gun missing in county
Collectable coins and an assortment of items were reported stolen in the county, Warren County Sheriff’s office records showed.
Fifty-three coins valued at $40,000, a Westel 32-inch TV valued at $400, a safe holding $100 cash and other items valued at about $50 along with a black sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun valued at $200 were reported stolen from a home in 300 block of Fisher Ferry Road at 8:47 a.m.
