Warren County Board of Supervisors agenda items

Meeting Monday, Warren County supervisors:
• Approved a $4,975 loan from the general fund to the garbage fund. County Administrator John Smith said the transfer will cover another shortfall in the pool of money set up to assure the county’s compliance with state-mandated rubbish disposal laws. More than $71,000 has been moved into the fund this fiscal year while a gradual update to the county’s database of paying customers has continued.
• Approved pay invoices totaling $37,839.37 to County Engineer John McKee and $7,351 to attorney Randy Sherard. District 2 Supervisor William Banks voted no to Sherard’s bill.
• Approved a $32,263.16 pay estimate to Key LLC for the Haining Road bridge replacement. A $28,627.72 invoice was OK’d for ABMB Engineering for the same project.
• Approved a $70,043.06 pay estimate to Arrowhead Enterprises LLC for the Anderson Tully Veneer project. A $5,175.01 invoice was OK’d for ABMB Engineering for the same project.
• Approved a lease for 16th Section land off Mount Alban Road.
