NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Services for Billy Ray Thomas will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Zion Travelers M.B. Church with the Rev. James Archer officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of the service Sunday at the church.

Mr. Thomas, formerly of Vicksburg, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, at Mount St. Mary Hospital in Niagara Falls, N.Y. He was 58. 

He retired as a self-employed laborer and painter. He was of the Baptist faith.
