Jer’Lisa Nicole Minor died Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 21.

Ms. Minor attended Hinds Community College and graduated from Warren Central High School in 2006.

She was a records clerk at River Region and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bernard and Rosie Minor; and maternal grandfather, Leon Hebron.

Survivors include her parents, Karl M. Minor Sr. and Esther Hebron Minor, both of Vicksburg; two brothers, Karl M. Minor Jr. and Patrick B. Minor, both of Vicksburg; a sister, Deidre M. Minor of Vicksburg; a maternal grandmother, Emma Hebron of Vicksburg; and other relatives and friends, including the Burse, Harrison, Sims, Summers, Williams and Wilson families.
