Armets Jefferson died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 75.

Mrs. Jefferson was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Hattie Tolliver Jefferson.

She is survived by a son, Pat Henry Jefferson Sr. of Vicksburg; three sisters, Ora Dee Cummings, Johnne Peaches and Rebecca Clemmons, all of Vicksburg; and nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a great-great-nephew.
