UTICA — Betty Beck died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 74.

Ms. Beck was a lifelong resident of Utica and a member of Cayuga United Methodist Church. She was a retired school crossing guard.

She was preceded in death by her two sons, Steve Beck and Ray Beck.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Beck of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Barbara Barlow and Susan Boyd, both of Utica; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Cayuga United Methodist Church.

Burial will follow at Cayuga Cemetery with Glenwood Funeral Home in charge. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service at the church.
