Jameson rated No. 1 in customer service

The Jameson Inn in Vicksburg has been ranked No. 1 nationally in customer service for the fifth consecutive year.

The rating by the Market Metrix Hospitality Index is for the first half of 2009. The index measures customer service performance of hotels, airlines and car rental agencies.

The hotel, at 3975 S. Frontage Road, also received the Quality Excellence Award following a review by its hotel management company, Park Management Group.
