PORT GIBSON — Jaqunisha DeShay Smith died Friday, Sept. 25, 2009, in Port Gibson. She was 3.

Jaqunisha was born in Vicksburg.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Bessie Smith and Donald Ray Hedrick Jr. of Port Gibson; her father, Patrick Rader; a brother, Jalen Smith of Port Gibson; a sister, J’aliyah Smith of Port Gibson; her maternal grandparents, Annie Myles and Pat Smith Jr.; her paternal grandparents, Freddie Rader Sr. and Lizzie Rader; and other relatives, including Daxia Monroe.

Services were at 11 a.m. today at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Edmond Monroe officiating. Burial followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
