Stuart Donovan Proctor died Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. He was 64.

Mr. Proctor was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was retired, having worked at Grand Gulf Entergy for 28 years. He taught chair-caning classes and was an Exhibiting Fellow of the Craftsmen’s Guild of Mississippi.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Proctor; two daughters, Aliana Ronai and Sarah Chandler; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Glenwood Funeral Home, followed by burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, from noon until the service, at the funeral home.
